When I came to build in my final home for myself I chose Joseph Douglas Homes I got to see the models I went to the home show and met Darren and Mike and I decided they were the builders for me.The Joseph Douglas Team made the building of a home very simple you can do everything right at their office you get to work with an interior decorator and Darren helps pick out a lot of the architectural detail with you I went in there with a plan in mind using their base model and changed it to my dream home with the help of Dave the architect and Darren the owner. I was able to build the house of my dreams. One of the best parts of the operation was working with Barry he is the expediter and we worked hand-in-hand throughout the process . Joseph Douglas Homes also has one of the best groups of subcontractors I have ever met. I would highly recommend JosephDouglas builders to anyone interested in building a new home everyone at their company is looking out for your interest and want you to have a new fantastic home.
Joseph Douglas Homes built our forever home! We’ve enjoyed being in our home for over a year and a half now and we couldn’t be happier to have chosen JDH as our builder. From start to finish and even after the first year inspection , JDH and it’s contractors have been excellent to work with. They made the building process enjoyable and very easy to go through. They stand behind their products and communication was always excellent. Having an all inclusive pricing also made it simple as far as finances were concerned.
