We love our Aspen Home! The design and building process was excellent. Our initial contact was Susan Schmidt who was very knowledgeable and worked with us on initial design/cost options. From there Andy put together the details of the blueprint and building schedule. Shelly was flexible with financing structure and helped broker our construction loan with Waukesha Bank. We especially appreciated Cindy Schimich's help with all things design. Cindy was able to show us other Aspen homes as we worked through design options. Her design expertise and professionalism really helped us move through the building phases. Jeff Slamka was a pro in keeping us current through the building process, answering our questions and addressing concerns. Jeff was great at making himself available whenever we requested. She is truly one of a kind — bubbly, caring, incredibly organized, and completely on top of every detail. Even after signing, she has continued to check in on us and our family, which speaks volumes about how much she genuinely cares about her clients. He called us weekly without fail and always kept us informed on progress, timelines, and next steps. His knowledge of homebuilding is unmatched — he seems to know everything there is to know about homes. What impressed us most is that Jeff consistently identified and addressed issues before we even knew they existed. We are extremely happy with our Aspen built home. Aspen stood out for the quality included in their base model, many other builders required significant upgrades just to match what Aspen already offered at a similar price. Their selection process was far less overwhelming that anticipated with helpful guidance throughout the way. Although initially permitting causes a short delay, construction was fast and incredibly efficient, and the final quality exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely build with Aspen again!
