My wife and I contracted with Anderson Homes approximately 1.5 years ago and recently moved into our new home. What sold us on working with Anderson Homes was the confidence that the end product would be of the highest quality and a genuinely well built home. All large scale projects have ups and downs, as any home building experience will encounter issues that require solving. Even with the normal issues that arise, my wife and I could not be more happy with the end product. Our house is phenomenal. I must call out individually some of the wonderful staff who worked tirelessly to listen to our ideas, answer our questions, and deliver an excellent product. Kelsey, Amy, Rebecca, Lynn, Rich, Eric, and Kevin are all people that you want to do business with and entrust such important life projects with. I am appreciative that each one of the above listed people always picked up the phone, wrote the email, or met me in person to address any topic that I felt was important to discuss. There will always be bumps in the road, as building your custom, dream home is a stressful and immersive process, but the way the entire office staff got involved to help mitigate any issues and assist in the whole process, truly made us feel that we were important and our needs would be met. We chose Anderson because of the quality and craftsmanship that we saw in their homes... and in meeting and working with all of their subcontractors, we saw why Anderson, in turn, chose them. Building a house is more than just your general contractor. It's all of the industries that come together to make it happen, and Anderson has the BEST contractors that they work with. From the floor plan design process, to working with their architect, to finalizing the finishes, to working with our site manager, Anderson was there for us 100%! Any concern we had, they addressed and made sure we were satisfied. We have created life-long friends within this company. Anderson homes truly built a work of art that we are so lucky to call it our dream home. After much time spent looking at many options, they had the absolute best floor plan we could find. It was very well thought out with great use of space and a perfect flow for our family. The quality of the built was second to none and their team was excellent to workwith. Everyone was very friendly, prompt and super eager to help. We absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants to build!!

We built with Anderson Homes last year and have been living at our new home for several months in the Town of Polk.
