I contracted with Manny to have the job done in 14 days. Complete pool resurfacing and removing 25% of the patio pavers and releveling them. He said he could have it done in 7 days. And he did exactly what was promised in 7 days. The entire job was amazing. His service also included the first 3 months of pool maintenance too to insure that the diamond brite finish hardens correctly.The entire process was seamless. We are eternally grateful to Manny and the Origin Building Group for doing a job the way a job should be done, the right way the first time around!
I had a small pool designed and installed by Origin Building Group. I am very happy with the final product. It was an odd job (a small pool in a small space) and probably not what Origin was accustomed to doing, yet it turned out wonderful. The process to get there had its challenges, but that is to be expected when dealing with the city and multiple sub-contractors. The tile team was excellent - we collaborated on design, layout, and they were very attentive to some things that needed to be specifically placed and fixed. A shout out to Luis, also, who was hands-on with the project.
We recently had a large pool renovation performed by Origin Building Group LLC. Although we obtained as many as 6 or 7 estimates, we knew it was going to be costly for us. We were not looking for the cheapest, but the best recommendations! We believe we hit on the right one. Our renovation was a massive undertaking from our point of view, we had many large cracks in our pool and jacuzzi and wanted to replace all the old pavers and coping with newer marble and coping. To say the job turned out the wat we had hoped is an understatement. ALL of Mannys staff and subs were very seasoned and competent workers who went the extra step to ensure the job was to our liking. Any little issue that came up was immediately addressed and resolved without question and completed without additional noise from us.Let me say, if you chose The Origin Building Group for your project you will be more than satisfied in the time it takes and the amount it cost.
