About two years ago we lost our home to a fire. We were fortunate enough to pick Tarkka as our partner. Tricia and Matt helped make a very emotional and difficult process far more manageable. They helped navigate what seemed an endless series of challenges few of which were really theirs to own. The quality of the house is remarkable. We had an acquaintance who is in the trades walk through the build at one point and he kept stopping to marvel at the details and their wonderful quality. They worked with to get the details right for what we wanted without excessive change orders. One favorite memory is the one time Matt replied I’ll generally do whatever you want but I have to tell you if it’s really stupid. We did not insist on that idea. Matt and Tricia are a great team and if you want quality, transparency and partnership in your builder I can t recommend them strongly enough.
