We highly recommend NH-Builders for any construction project.Our home was built on the waterfront and had additional challenges of meeting very strict rules to ensure the water was not impacted during construction and limited building envelope with closely monitored setbacks. NH-Builders has a team that ensured that we completed the project and complied with the rules.When we selected NH-Builders, LLC from a list of 5 builders we had meetings with, it was a very easy choice. First, Ron answered all of our calls. He was also very easy to talk to and always has a positive attitude. Secondly, Ron had very fair pricing and he also had the ability to provide the best price because he works with multiple contractors that he can bid work to for the best price. We liked all of the contractors used on our home and they all did quality work. Further, Steve Danko was our assigned GC from NH-Builders and he was on top of every detail, very knowledgeable, experienced, and very easy to work with. Our home was completed at a very fair price and exactly how we wanted it.We had the ability to select everything from windows, siding, flooring, tile, bathroom, paint colors, even the heating and AC systems. Ron and Steve helped us with the decisions (based on deep experience). We even had custom wood for the walls and bar top that we selected for our bar room. Ron was very fair about any changes we wanted to make that were not on the original plan. We added a covered deck, skylights, and made some changes to the floor plan. The company office is headed by Buffy Walsh and provide a detailed financial picture along the way.
