Incredibly grateful we decided to work with Platinum Home Builders and Design, specifically Mark R. Working with him and his team was absolutely fantastic. Everything was paced appropriately and completed a little earlier than we anticipated, thanks to Mark’s diligence in coordinating the different teams working onsite. We had a pretty big job: full kitchen gutting, all new plumbing throughout the house, 2 bathroom renovations, and all new flooring and painting throughout the entire house (interior and exterior). It was so nice to work with someone I could trust with our old house (built in the 50’s). Mark was extremely communicative and transparent about various things that popped up (as things do with 75 yo houses) during our renovation and provided solutions we were happy with. Would 1000% recommend Mark and his team and will be calling him for any future home projects.
Platimun Home Builders & Design is a pleasure to work with! Mr. Reeves met with me in late January 2025, I needed an estimate on my patio roof that was affected/ damaged by the high winds. I had not realized that there was damage to my house roof as well. Mr. Reeves was very through on his inspections, he provided me with photographs of what he had seen when he was on the roof. He worked on an itemized quote. Unfortunately, I was not able to get the work done immediately, due to some fluctuations with my employer, I had to put this off. Since January, Mr. Reeves has maintained communication checking in to see how I’m doing with heartfelt concern. I truly appreciate this! There was no second-guessing or doubt in my mind that I would do business with him (Platinum). He was not only beyond professional, but patient and worked with me regarding the financial aspects of the work. End result? A beautiful new roof!
