I would leave this review earlier like one year ago if I knew where to put these comments. From the very beginning, the team has been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Any issues or concerns I’ve raised have been addressed promptly, and they always follow through to ensure things are resolved to satisfaction. Stave and Joe are so amazing! Their profession and approachable attitude make a big difference.

Please do not go for this builder , living 2 years in a brand new house , a detached home , quality used is just pathetic and low quality , the kitchen cabinets were coming out after 6 months , the screws were losing up , the flooring started making noise after 9 months , such an awful and disheartening experience. Even with in warranty the builder couldn’t repair the issues . Now the washroom tiles are coming out black and feels like public washrooms . Even the cleaning lady who comes with heavy duty cleaning products couldn’t clean them . The paint in the house is like primer which would leave traces and even water marks every where . I have spend more than 15 thousand for these basic changes . The builder is severely poor , got this house from builder on 2022
