I have owned a few homes over the years, and this is our 3rd new build, and truly Millstone Homes is by far the best. Not only the build quality, but also the whole process experience. We wanted some changes from the original floor plan, and they were very accommodating and responsive.The job site supervisor was on top of his game and answered every question and concerns, while also recommending changes we have not foreseen. We also had the privilege of meeting the owner (Vasile) on a few occasions; he's a great guy, fair and accommodating when possible.We've been in the home for over 2 years, without any issues.
We had our house built about a year and half ago and are very happy with the design, the structure, the craftsmanship….etc. most importantly the quality of the house. My husband was in the construction business for 30 plus years and was truly impressed with the builder, Millstone.Even after we moved in for more than one year, the support and help we got from Millstone is incredible. Whenever we have small issues, Millstone staff always address them timely and professionally.We would not hesitate to recommend Millstone to anybody.

We love our Millstone Home! Every time I walk in the door, I am delighted this is our home. It was a spec home so most of the design and finish decisions had already been made. We made a change, removed a bedroom to add a super master bathroom and custom built closet. Our home is clean, super modern and very open concept. We have a deck off the master bedroom overlooking Boler Mountain and the downtown core of the city. The sunrises are spectacular! A ton of thought went into our home to make it suit the environment.David from the customer service team has been great to work with. There were a couple minor issues as anyone would expect with a new build, the issues were addresses in a timely fashion. We know we can count on the Millstone Team to make things right!Working with Vasile way before we decided to make the move was a wonderful experience, we will continue our friendship for years to come.
