I could elaborate, but Andrew out of Sherman asked me just agree that we are not the right fit for each other because we wanted more custom than they could provide…. So I come here to ask one question: why are you trying to market yourself as a custom home builder!?!?
Please be careful if you see these trucks on the road, as they tend to brake check other drivers. This happened to me, yesterday, on Friday at 10:15am. I was in the exit lane, the exit was coming up, and the driver was behind me. Instead of staying behind, he sped up, cut in front of me, and brake-checked me, even though he literally could have waited. They are clearly in a rush to get back to their workplace, which was just ahead, but it was completely unnecessary and unsafe.
I can’t say enough good things about UBH! They made home building much easier than we ever imagined. Even when there was any snag, Mike and Mark were all over it and corrected it ASAP. They went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible and the work was incredible! They’re a superb group of people and I’d recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!
My experience with United Built has been an ease. From the beginning paperwork to the final walk through I had constant communication with Melissa, Mark and Mike at the Little Rock office. My home is better than I could have ever imagined and I owe it all to UBH. If you are on the fence, here is your push to do it. My home is exactly how I imagined it and the construction process was seamless. Here are just a few photos showing just how beautiful my home is!
Today we me and my wife had our first appointment with Mr Mike and was a great experience. He is very knowledgeable and truthful about the process and makes you feel very comfortable and easy to work with which we have not experienced in the past from other builders. We are a younger couple and was very nervous walking into the building thinking it was gonna be like all the rest but we left excited and felt good about our decision. If your looking into building a house go see them and you will not be disappointed.
