My close friend bought one of their homes and it's stunning. I had to ask them about the designer. That's how I learned about Blue Heron. I've since toured several of their model homes, all amazing. I hope to have the budget to buy my own some day.
We recently purchased a Blue Heron home in Lake Las Vegas and it’s currently being built. We’re from CA and moved to Vegas to retire. We looked at many homes in Vegas, Utah and Arizona and Blue Heron definitely stood out as the most modern, well designed and advanced homes we’ve seen. We first met with the sales ladies, Dawn and Michele and they are just great people all around! So nice, helpful and very good communication! They explained the entire process from start to finish and we felt we were in good hands. After the contract signing, we went thru the design phase, which can be overwhelming given there’s so much you can customize with these homes. We worked with designers Andrew and Mariana (Mariana initially but she went on maternity and Andrew stepped in and the transition was pretty seamless). Mariana was very knowledgeable and helpful with the design ideas and selections until Andrew took over. Andrew was with us every step of the rest of the way. He’s also very knowledgeable and an excellent designer. He was very helpful, prompt and very patient with us during the many times we were indecisive. We’ve had many meetings both on Zoom and in person and he was very accommodating thru the whole process. Andrew gave us many great ideas and tips and we were very glad to have worked with him thru the entire design phase. Now, we are in the construction phase and things are progressing very well and ahead of schedule. Dawn sends us weekly updates on the construction status and pictures, which we are very grateful for her going the extra mile for us. Thru this point, we are very happy with the whole Blue Heron team. Everybody, from the sales ladies, design team, construction team and the office ladies were so nice, wonderful and accommodating. It’s very apparent that Blue Heron is a customer focused home builder and everybody at this company works very hard to keep the customer happy. We are very happy to be a Blue Heron homeowner and very much looking forward to moving in next Spring!
