I recently purchased a home built by Ritz Homes in Kitchener, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the initial selection process to the final custom touches, everything was handled with thoughtfulness and care. Their approach to customization is refreshingly unique—offering options you won’t find with most builders—and the quality of craftsmanship is outstanding. The entire team, including Paul, Nerea, and Julie, were incredibly supportive and responsive throughout the process. A special mention to the on-site supervisor, who consistently went above and beyond—even taking care of minor warranty adjustments before I even had to ask.Ritz Homes truly stands apart from large-scale builders by prioritizing quality, detail, and customer satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend them and wish the team continued success in all their future projects.

I have lived in a Ritz home for the past 3 years in London. The attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and care that went into building our home was superb. From our first consultation, to site visits we were continually impressed with the customer service and experience the Ritz team poses.Any question or issue we have had has been quickly tended to (and by no means anything major)Thanks again to their entire crew for making our house a home!!
I have lived in 2 Different homes built by Ritz Homes in the last 3 years. The first home was a 3 bedroom built in 2019 in London, ON to which i moved into in 2020. The toilet on the first floor wouldn't flush due to low flow. Every sink in the house had the caulking wash away which caused water damage. the ensuite bathroom sink was not installed correctly and had been leaking under the cabinets and through to the main floor kitchen. The floor joists were falling out as they used rotting wood. The basement had water all in behind the insulation plastic coming from outside. The electrical was by far the worst. I could not have my TV and computer on at the same time anywhere in the house or the breaker would trip. after inspecting the box, the dinning room, living room, main floor bathroom, front hall, both second floor bathrooms and all 3 bedrooms were run on a single 15 amp breaker. The front porch breaker would trip if anything was plugged into it. the garage door would trip the breaker if it was used. I now live in a 4 bedroom on the same street built in 2021. still can't use my tv and computer at the same time. The hot water heater trips the breaker any time it tries to turn on. I have a small electric shovel that just tripped 5 different breakers in the house. Upon inspecting, I opened the box to find the electrician sign their name "Donald J Trump" next to the installation date. These houses sell for upwards of 1.3M here in London and I can't even have a hot water shower. These are by far the WORST homes I have ever seen built and they must have children installing the electrical. I have neighbors on this street who have all had the same issues I have had. They couldn't even use their skill saw without tripping their garage breaker.
