My husband and I purchased our first new build home recently from Ridge View and could not be more pleased. Vong was very attentive during the sale process and explained everything very well. The design palace was also very accommodating to schedules as the first appointment offered my husband was out of town. Our house closed on time in April 2021. Adam, warranty manager, was very detailed during the PDI. We just had our 30 day walk through and every small issue identified will be rectified. I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience, and Marlon tops the cake. He is amazing and will always stop to say hello with a smile when he sees you. I am overjoyed to be living in this lovely Neighbourhood!
This is by far the most professional builder I've worked with. Everyone here is knowledgeable about their craft, and when they set out to do something, they do it right. Truly the embodiment of measure twice, cut once.I worked closely with Adam, who was just fantastic the whole way through: professional with us in person, and breaking everything down into terms that we could really understand.
