I bought a townhouse in Stratford . The construction is low quality. The whole row of townhomes had leaking roof this winter. The roof technician say they are built badly. The furnace are small for the size of townhouse. Upper floor is cold always. I would not recommend this construction company at all . Their projects are low quality.
This is an awesome firm and Homebuilding group. They are upfront, professional, diligence and the delivery! I highly recommend them, and intend to continue engaging their services.
I bought a new build home in Stratford, and this winter, 2024, the two-bedroom started to leak. When I contacted the builder (Bost Group), they said they could not do anything because it was secondary damage. But just to remind you once more, it's newly built, and when I talked to the next boot people, they said they also saw a leak. It's just showing how poor their quality and building are, and the sad part is they don't even want to take accountability for any of this. So, if you plan to buy a home, please try not to go with this builder. Attaching a photo for anyone who wants to refer.

Furthermore, during our meeting in person, we appreciated all the kindness you showed us and your patience with us too!Stephanie was such an amazing consultant for our selection appointment. Throughout the appointment, Stephanie was very pleasant, honest and kind to deal with. She also gave us a lot of help when we asked for her opinions, whenever we got confused or indecisive. She made sure we were comfortable throughout the day and showed us great hospitality. Furthermore, It was a long day with lots of important decisions to make, and we ended up staying almost 2 hours past our appointment end time, because we were still in the process of making some final decisions. We really appreciated that Stephanie allowed us to stay longer and she did not make us feel rushed at all, but was rather completely patient with us throughout the day! It is a rare business experience when I can say at the conclusion that it was way BETTER than I could have asked or imagined. But that is how the deal with Grandview Homes went when they purchased my 85 yr-old Father-in-Law's home near Chicago. For many reasons, health included, it was imperative we move my wife's dad. After connecting with a number of potential companies that propose to buy homes "AS IS", we settled on Grandview, based primarily on reputation and advertising. From the start they exceeded expectations: they showed up on time, efficiently evaluated the property, then gave us a more-than-fair offer. Their estimator, Jay, was extremely thoughtful and professional. It felt safe to let him in the house! Once we accepted Grandview's offer they kept right on shining throughout the transaction. With the expert and tenacious efforts of Ashlee and Deb S., we had to deal with a difficult building department, multiple inspections, and a Transfer Stamp approval process that was more difficult than any I have experienced in 35+ years of practicing law. Grandview did everything and more to make our deal close. In my opinion they are the BEST!!! I give Grandview my highest praise and recommend them without reservation! Bob B. from Ohio
