When I was looking for a general contractor, 3rd Generation Homes came highly recommended to me from a trusted source. They exceeded all expectations. This was the first project built in my company, Cellar Door Developments. Cassidy, Gerald, Kelly, and Kevin all helped guide me through the permitting and construction process in Kelowna. The interior design and material selections made by them helped make the building a better product than other projects in the area. During open houses and showings, I constantly received feedback that buyers and realtors were wowed by the quality of the materials and workmanship. Their knowledge of the industry helped save me time and money, which was extremely important to me.Whenever discussions with the city, trades, neighbours took place, I always knew they had my best interests at the forefront of the conversations. I had many questions for them and they always answered in a timely and clear manner.The finished project at 727 Wardlaw surpassed my goals. We had our dream home built by 3rd Gen while we were located outside of Canada. ie, the entire process was completed remotely! Of course, we were a little nervous in entrusting such a significant project to a company we had no previous experience with. 3rd Gen not only put our minds at ease, but they executed in an incredibly professional manner. They were phenomenal in managing the entire build (kudos to superstar Kelly!), communicating clearly, solving problems, and overall just being fabulous at what they do. And of top of it all, they are just a great bunch of people. We cannot recommend them highly enough, so if you are considering building a new home, don’t hesitate to use them. You will not be disappointed!!

We used 3rd Generation Homes to build our dream house on our property. It was a unique build as it needed to include the original, old farmhouse that was already on the property. The entire project turned out incredible and we are SO happy with it. Our project manager, Terry, was always responsive and communicative.
