First time ever building a home and you hear all the nightmares about the build process, etc. NOT with Roeser homes, they have something special and their project manager (Tim) that was assigned to us was very professional, efficient and down to earth person that listens to his clients wants/needs. He isn’t there for just the build, he took timeout of his day to see how we were doing even if it wasn’t a meeting or phone about the build. He keeps all his sub contractors busy to make sure the house was being built correctly and efficiently. My wife and I have already agreed to use Roeser Homes if we build again. We will also be requesting Tim as well.
