Be it the back office support, the on-site manager or the vendors, exceptional team of highly professional personnel. And the house? My goodness! This is my third build and the quality of this house blows the other out of the water. This team loves what they do and the result shows it! We moved in our custom designed and Don Julian built home in 2023. We build a new house every 33 years or so. So, we had plenty of time to do our homework! We selected the Don Julian team based on their reputation and longevity in the KC home building market. One thing that was consistent in our research is that DJB will always stand by their product. We had an excellent experience. Our project manager (Travis) was a good communicator and kept us informed every step of the way. They used top quality subs and we are very happy with with the finished product. We heavily customized our design and we all shared in the creative process. The warranty services were managed by their follow-up lead (Shawn). He was detailed, professional, and thorough. Every new build has a small punchlist and he made the process easy for everyone. We value communication and honesty. The team starting with Don Julian and Jeff Julian did not disappoint.
