Arthur Rutenberg ( their local franchise Marcus Allen Homes ) built us a beautiful home in Palencia , ST Augustine. I have to say that the entire process was just a great experience. MAH is professionalFrom the first day you sign a contract until closing. The president of the company Bill came out and placed blue tape on items that needed attention himself. They accommodated us with changes and additions during the building process without any hassles. They are just a wonderful and professional company to work with and I would certainly recommend them to anyone that is looking to build a beautiful custom home. I would also like to mention some other names as in Thomas , Kori , Jordan ,Lori , Jeff G., and last but not least , Marty the construction manager. They tended to every request on time and with courtesy and professionalism. You will not find many builders with this level of unparalleled service. Would also like to Thank Joanne R. Of all the builders to select (and there are many) this one has the most beautiful designs that are easy to customize and build. They are not cheap, but the quality is obvious in every elevation and finish.

Our experience with Arthur Rutenberg Homes was excellent - from the sales phase to design, construction and move-in. Everyone we dealt with was very knowledgeable and professional. During construction we made several requests that were not addressed at the design session and they were still met. We love our home, the quality of materials, the attention to detail, the exterior and interior finishes, the landscaping etc. As it is to be expected with any construction, some issues surfaced and were resolved to our satisfaction. The project manager and construction managers were accessible and responsive. The vice-president of construction was present at the walk-through and he actually picked many items that my husband and I would have missed. After move-in, our assigned rep has been very responsive to our requests. My husband and I are proud of being owners of an Arthur Rutenberg home. They stand out from the other builders in our community.
