Jim and Diane make home building so EASY & FUN! IKON built our first home in 2009. We are excited to be working with them again to build another home for us! We have spent a lot of weekends over the years going to open houses / keeping up with IKON and other builders' work (just for fun & to keep an eye on the market). We do not find flaws in Jim's houses. This is coming from the daughter of a retired amazing home builder near the coast. You're in great hands with IKON! IKON has the best attention to detail I have seen in home building. The quality of products they use in their homes is unmatched in my opinion. This is my 5th home in 23 years. I had 4 of the homes built by different companies. IKON was by far the most professional and easy to work with. From their floor plans, to the quality of materials used, our whole family has been delighted. Thanks for building us a one of a kind home IKON!
While shopping for my new home I came across IKON Homes here and there. The quality of the homes were always a cut above the rest of the builders in every neighborhood I shopped. When I asked other builders about some of the characteristics that their properties did not have that IKON did, their price was astronomical. Even though IKON homes were a little higher in price than the more basic builders their overall pricing was much better with the upgraded features... and I shopped the same features with a number of builders to come across this observation. Bottom line, you get what you pay for and if you want a home with upgraded features than your average builder and have a home with character reach out to these guys. AJ is a sharp guy who genuinely cares about his customer and has a passion for what he does. IKON makes great quality homes!
