They built my house for me and it was just thrown together and used cheap material! I would never suggest using them.
My sis applied on the 12th she left a review last week because the women suddenly stopped answering the phone so I guess since she left a review they decided to open her application on the 19th according to Zillow didn't contact her to left her know anything. My sis decided to call them this morning to see about getting her application money back Jackie said the application was denied due to credit ?? lord is that because she left her review?? On the application there was no credit requirement. If there suppose to be a fair housing company credit wouldn't have been a problem. There house been on Zillow over 60-100 some days but we see what kind of game was played. We do report to BBB SO GOOD LUCK ! We will be staying in Dallas where we know they play fair and communicate.

Bought a home built in 2011 by Duran Homes and found that just 5 years after built the cold water line in slab was broken and caused damage as well as discovering that seller Judith Goins did not disclose the fact that hot water line was broken and leaking currently. Cost for new repair exceeds 4,000.00!Repair 3 years ago was 5,000.00.The cajin aire septic system is also malfunctioning just 8 years after installation. This home is only 8 years old!
My name is Tammy and I lived in a Duran rental home for about a year and I really enjoyed myself alone with my family. It was a nice updated home with a 2 car garage. If something broke down or needed looking after someone would come out ASAP to repair. I really would go back if I would ever need to in terms of renting I would just awesome.
