Gave us a good breakdown and written estimates of the plan we were specifically looking at to bring home to review.The "store" is set up nice and is very clean. You do need an appointment to go over in detail items.
We searched for two years before finding the perfect company, and we’re so glad we didn’t settle. We got on their website and sent a contact request. We went in and met with them to get an idea of what they were about. At our first meeting, they literally went over every step with us and broke it all down. We picked a plan, and they immediately started making the modifications we wanted. The house had everything we wanted. The only “must haves” was a decent-sized pantry and four bedrooms. We were very indecisive, so we knew from the get go that we couldn’t build a house from scratch. We needed options. They give you options to choose from, and you pick what you want. It made the process so easy. We went in and chose all of our cabinets, paint colors, flooring, doors, light fixtures, etc. in about two hours for the entire house, right down to the toilets and hinges for the doors. It was so easy! Our builder, Daniel, texted us two to three times each week giving updates. We stayed in contact and stayed updated on every single thing that was going on each week. Diane, Dewey, Daniel, Eddie, Lisa, and Cody are top-notch, and we always felt that our best interest was put first. This was a blissful experience, and we are overly satisfied with our perfect home! My wife and I have been looking at property and homes for about two years before selecting America's Home Place (AMP). Once we purchased our property we were looking at Manufactured Housing (aka Mobile Homes). We saw an add for America's Home Place and gave them a call. My wife is a Quilter and none of the Manufactured Homes could give her what she needed in terms of space. When we went to our meeting with Chandler he was able to show us a style to our liking and we able to modify the blueprint to accommodate her many Quilting and Sewing Machines as well as modify the Garage to become my Shop/Man Cave. We made a few changes to plans during the initial construction phase and AMP was able to accommodate them. Over all the project went as smoothly as it could with the COVID inconveniences in building material. The project was delayed several times due to weather, Hurricane, and suppliers (COVID). Our Project Manager, Daniel, was a great PM. He kept us in the loop with the delays and estimated dates. He never gave either of us the indication that he was bothered by our many questions. Even though there a few issues, they were either corrected immediately or as soon as possible. Overall the subcontractors were very good. From the concrete pour to opening the door with our new keys we couldn't be happier.If you want a home done right, there's no place like America's Home Place.
