We have had a great experience with the Indy team. Stephanie is very knowledgeable and experienced and knew exactly what requirements were needed in my county. I had so many questions about different options/pricing and she would get it for me. When the time came to work on redlines she sent back several options to choose from. The most fun part was choosing the colors and exterior— we are so excited to see our blackberry brick Ambrose home come to life!! With this being my first time building a house Beth sweet demeanor and patience made it so easy for us. Eva was so wonderful to work with especially with how complicated permitting can be— many times I’d shoot several email a day and she responded just as quick!

Just wanted to dash off a quick note about how satisfied my wife and I are with the house you built for us in 2016. After living in the home for almost 9 years, we continue to appreciate the high-quality of construction , the thorough planning that went into the design and the meticulous quality control procedures that Taylor Homes utilized during the construction of our home. The level of communication both during the construction, and after the completion with every Taylor point of contact has been excellent. We lived out of the area during the entire construction process, but felt very involved due to the daily progress reports we received from our superintendent. Our project supervisor, Derik, from Taylor Homes was exceptional in completing our home in Indianapolis. The city of Indianapolis threw up every possible roadblock in the course of construction, but Derik and Taylor Homes pushed through them and completed the house. The finished product was excellent. We relied heavily on Derik's advice and insights regarding details such as the position of the A/C unit on the outside of the home. Furthermore, when the electricians installed a water heater in what we thought was a non-optimal position, Derik and Taylor Homes were supportive and flexible, quickly changing the installation at no additional cost.
I would recommend Taylor homes to anybody who's looking to do a home build. All their team is great they're easy to work with they're down to earth they speak to you as a person not as a number. The things that sold me on Taylor homes was they all have an encapsulated crawl space and all their homes are brick. I also love how you can actually modify the house to what you want in the early stages and most Builders will not allow us to do that. Taylor homes also offers a lot of upgrades that we did not take advantage of only because we just wanted a simple house. We love the floor plan because there are so many to choose from that they offer.We love the new home and can't wait to spent the rest of our lives in it.
