My husband and I were moving to AL from another state. Since we were not in a rush we decided to custom build and chose Winter Homes. From the day we picked our lot to the day they handed us the keys, we were pleased every step of the way. We were welcomed as part of the Winter Homes family and we are very happy with our beautiful home. Janene, our Design Coordinator worked with us through text messages and phone calls to make selections for our new home. Our project Manager, Terry was very attentive to any concerns or questions we had. He also provided weekly updates and pictures to ensure we knew the progress of each phase. After we moved in, Terry introduced us to the Winter Homes Warranty Control Manager Melissa. Melissa is truly the icing on the cake making sure everything works as it should! The Winter Homes customer service is impeccable! We are very pleased with our beautiful home inside and out. Winter Homes is an amazing company to work with and we highly recommend them.
