Overall the building process went fantastic albeit a bit challenging doing it from out of state. The build quality and attention to detail was superb and the builder John Sturgis has to be commended for being truly outstanding…you will not deal with a better builder! We would strongly recommend Pearson Homes to anyone looking for a high quality new home.
We recently moved into a home in one of the Pearson Homes neighborhoods, and I can confidently say that the quality and experience with Pearson Homes were outstanding compared to our previous house. The building process was mostly smooth, although we encountered some initial challenges due to miscommunication between the builder and contractor. However, these issues were minor and were resolved appropriately.Debra, was incredibly helpful during the lot selection and design phase. Her accommodating approach made the process much easier. Jodi from the design center was equally fantastic. She guided us through material selection, provided valuable insights, and responded promptly to all my emails, which I truly appreciated.Jon, the site contractor, was exceptional. His knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the construction process. He addressed all minor issues that arose during construction with professionalism and efficiency, maintaining clear and consistent communication.Overall, we had a pleasant experience with Pearson Homes. However, I would recommend regularly visiting the construction site, especially during the initial phases, to ensure everything aligns with your expectations. Be proactive—talk to Jon if you notice anything concerning and ask plenty of questions. With this approach, I’m confident the final result will be very satisfying.
This was my third build with Pearson homes. Debra Lester was the agent for all three and provided great support from start to finish. Pearson has the reputation for building great homes and they did not disappoint. I would never think twice about recommending a Pearson home to my clients. The Builder on site was as close to being a perfectionist as a builder can be, he was certainly the best I have ever experienced. I look forward to selling a Pearson home again soon !
My husband and l moved into this beautiful Heritage Hills community on Dec 20, 2023 and we are pleased with this neighborhood. We purchased a home that was partially built and had to work around what was already determined but all in all we are enjoying our beautiful new home. Jon , the project supervisor, was very attentive and helpful throughout the final building phase and still reaches out to us for any assistance or helpful advice. Thanks to all involved in our project to get us in here before Christmas!!
We could not be happier with our Pearson Home in Nature's Cove. Six months after moving in, my husband and I are still in awe that we get to live in such an amazing home. We came almost every day during the building process to check on our home and were constantly reassured by the great workmanship. My husband and I are both engineers and my dad has worked in the construction industry for years so we looked at everything along the way. Not only is our house beautiful on the outside, it is beautiful inside the walls! Our inspector even said that our home was very well built and we should feel safe living here.I want to say thank you again, Pearson Homes, for building our dream home and far exceeding our expectations on the quality of our home.
