America’s Home Place saved us from an unsatisfactory contractor. After searching numerous contractors, we were delighted to find them with an ideal house within our budget. They helped us pick out all the features, colors, hardware, etc. in a short time at their home office in Huntsville, AL. The construction was done under budget and on time. A year later, we are still in love with our house and the wonderful people at America’s Home Place.

We‘ve gotten through the quote, site walk through, design stages, signed our contract, and about 60% built! Everyone we’ve worked with has been helpful! Ronnie is in charge of our build and has been super responsive to texts and calls. The work him and his team have done so far has been great. The sales folks are all very transparent on pricing which is what made us choose American Home Place to build. I never once felt pushed to upgrade or spend more money. Will update once we’ve finished building!
Let me start by saying that I have had one other house built and it doesn't come close to what America's Home Place offers in quality and customer service. I am a actively serving veteran with a fixed income making building a house difficult. With AH, we were able to get what we wanted without compromising much of anything.They make things clear and concise and explained the good and the bad up front. The best part is if it isn't right they will fix it. Jeff the best project manager you could asked for provided communication through all phases of the build and had taken calls on his off time make sure I had some peace of mind. Diana and Beth provide a great up front feel to help us through selecting what made the best since.Not only did they get our house built in 190 days but they did it under budget which helped us on closing. Once again I truly appreciate everything they have put in to building our house.
