Working with this company on two homes has been a fantastic experience. As real estate professionals ourselves, we truly value the quality and attention to detail they bring to every project. The collaboration has been smooth and enjoyable, and we are very satisfied with the results. We look forward to continuing our partnership in the future!

I moved in with my family a few months ago, and we are really happy with the quality and service throughout the process of selecting materials, layout, and interior fittings. The company's customer service is truly impressive, offering suggestions we never would have thought of ourselves. The house was built in the beautiful Lawrencetown area, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the final result.

I've been to the factory and seen how these houses are made. As a builder's daughter, I can highly recommend the quality of the product. I also appreciate the layout designs and their willingness to adjust layouts to suit the unique needs of customers. As for dealing with Sanctum, they will give you their best efforts. 5 stars all the way!

I know the owner personally — great guy, super knowledgeable, been building for over 20 years and gave us better advice than anyone else when we were checking other companies. We’ve been living in a house built by Sanctum here on Herring Cove for about 8y. It was one of the best calls we ever made. Can’t complain ;)

I built my house with Sanctum about 5 years ago and honestly super happy with it. The guys were great — if something went wrong during the build, they always helped out and sorted it. Nothing was left hanging. The whole thing went smoother than I expected actually. They built it pretty fast too and the quality of their modular home is still solid today. My house is in Windsor, Nova Scotia, and every time I look at it, I’m just glad I picked them. If I ever build again, I’d definitely go with Sanctum once more. Really good people to work with, 100% recommend.

Frequently Asked Questions

A modular home is constructed in factory-built sections and then transported to your site for assembly on a foundation. It meets local building codes and, once assembled, is comparable to a site-built home in durability and performance. The process can reduce onsite construction time. It also allows for consistent quality control during manufacturing.

Timelines vary by design, site conditions, and approvals, but many projects move faster than traditional builds. After design and permitting, factory construction and site work can proceed in parallel. The set and finish phases are usually measured in weeks, not months. Your schedule will be clarified during consultation.

Yes, they coordinate the key steps needed to get your site ready, including foundation coordination and related trades. This helps align delivery, set-day logistics, and finishing work. The approach is intended to keep the project on schedule. Details are reviewed as part of the planning process.

Most modular homes offer a range of floor plans, finishes, and layout options. Customization may include kitchen and bath selections, exterior finishes, and energy-related upgrades. The team will discuss available choices from partner manufacturers. Final selections depend on your budget and production timelines.

Start with a consultation to discuss your site, design goals, and target budget. From there, the builder can outline scope, allowances, and a preliminary timeline. Site visits and plan refinements help produce a more accurate estimate. Contact the office to schedule a time to review options.
