Strongly recommend staying away from this company. I have completed multiple projects with them, and the quality, professionalism, and oversight have declined significantly over time.My most recent project was well into the six-figure range and was an absolute failure. There was little to no supervision on site, and the company went through three different project managers in less than six months, resulting in a complete lack of accountability. Basic site management was neglected to the point that the house was not being monitored, allowing plumbing to freeze and burst and causing extensive, entirely preventable damage throughout the home.I do not write reviews lightly, but this experience was serious enough that I feel obligated to warn others. Ultimately, BG Custom Homes abandoned the project and stopped responding altogether. It has now been eight months with zero contact.I have extensive documentation, including photos and records, and am willing to provide proof of the issues encountered. There are far more competent and reliable builders available. Do your research carefully and avoid this company.

She was punctual, did a thorough inspection and provided a complete and concise structural report of the home in question. I found her approach very professional and thorough and highly recommend her services
We worked with BG Custom Homes on an extension rebuild project in 2021-2022. I found them through the Better Business Bureau website. They were the only firm out of many who would even look at our project. Over a number of months we worked with them to scope out the project and through each successive phase. The project was completed on time, on budget, with (almost) no surprises. The entire team, from the owner, project manager, and the onsite construction crew were fantastic to work with… respectful, responsive and professional at every step in the project. They moved heaven and earth for us to make this life-disrupting renovation go as smoothly as possible. The quality of the workmanship was spectacular. You can tell these are people who love what they do, including being dedicated to the needs of their clients. I would do it all over again if I had to and if I knew I would be working with this company. I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. I’ve added a few photos that really don’t do the project justice but as proof that they more than delivered on our expectations. Strongly recommend BG Custom Homes.
