After having lived in 3 different NEW apartments made by Solico I can confirm that they are the most cheaply made buildings I have ever lived in. They completely disregard quality of life to save a couple bucks in materials. Utterly insulting to live and pay premium in a place where you can hear people talking through the floor, doors slamming shut violently (who thought this was a good idea in a residential building??), hearing dogs bark through the ventilation, hearing couples having intercourse and so on. Never again with Solico and vehemently discourage everyone I know to request their service or living in one of their "homes"
Never got the time to post but here it is,Worst builder, destroyed our new driveway, lawn, they had to change our siding twice because do to poor contract picking. There’s to much to post but long story short we ended up selling the house in 2 years.

My wife and I were building a custom house and we didn't know where to start, nor we knew any of the construction companies in the area. After meeting with different companies' representatives, we chose Solico for their broad range of services, expert advice, willingness to let us customize our house according to our needs, professionalism and transparency.When we started the project, a Solico's representative guided us through each step of the building process and took care of a lot of the administrative stuff for us. We were surprised on how efficient Solico was with planning and executing all the construction steps. Everything was well organized and went smoothly. The representative was calling me on a regular basis when we had to make a decision and also just to keep us up-to-date with the project. We never had to call to inquire about anything. They took care of everything, including the scheduling of all the meetings during the construction (electrician, house visits, materials shopping, notary, etc.)Also, when we had to go shopping for all the building materials (i.e. flooring, ceramic, lights, etc.), we were accompanied by two interior designers, which was really helpful and part of the services offered by Solico.While they were building the house, we visited the construction site almost on a daily as we were eager to see the progression of our new house. we were stunned to see how their contractors were professionals and how clean they were keeping the job site (no trash, no debris, no nails, etc.). They were even taking a few minutes to explain what they were doing and what the next steps were. Their project manager did a remarkable job with everything on the job site and was always available for us if we had any questions or concerns.Solico's services and client service were beyond our expectations. Thank you guys and all your team for your support and everything. We love our new house and we really feel at home because of you.
