I built two homes with Casa Verde Construction in 2018-2019. My whole experience, from the planning phase through the entire build process and even post completion, could not have been better. The communication with Paul and his team was always timely and clear. Paul expertly managed my project and guided me through each decision (there were many!) with sound advice, and was always respectful of my opinion. He was on top of the budget and looked for ways to save without compromising the look and quality of my build; and on the flip side, if I was going over budget on something, he ensured it was something that was worth putting a bit of extra money into. His team of carpenters are highly skilled, professional, and genuinely good, kind human beings! I was closely involved in the build and really enjoyed getting to know the Casa Verde employees. Additionally, all the subcontractors - the electrician, plumber, framers, etc - were extremely competent, efficient, skillful people.
