Customer feedback is mixed. Positive reviews mention helpful communication during walkthroughs, attention to punch-list items, and courteous front office staff. Critical reviews cite concerns about build quality over time, warranty experiences, and communication after move-in. Overall ratings reflect both satisfied buyers and those reporting post-close service frustrations.
Homes are just okay quality but they don't care about you or your family once they get your money. Owner is greedy. Sales agents are clueless.
We are getting closer to completion of our Granville Bella home, and have been following the construction closely. The team walk has been completed, and I can't be more appreciative of the supervisor who hosted us. He wanted the house to be perfect as much as we did. I had done thorough review planning and found just a few corrective actions, which were all done the next day. So far Granville has met all our expectations, and we are looking forward to move in shortly!
The lady at the reception of the corporate office is very sweet and cheerful. The way she greets and takes care of the clients is incomparable.
Granville homes use to be a best builder in our valley.Last few years their quality started getting worse and worse. Neighbors I’m talking to everyone not happy with their quality. After one year warranties everything is feeling a part and you have to pay them $100 for a visit and God know how much they charge you for fixing. If you don’t know actually how much will cost you to hire another contractor to fix the problem they are going to overcharge you. Example to reset toilet will cost you around $80 dollars. But they are charging you $95 for visit and plus for labor. There is many other examples. I’m not going to buy or recommend to buy Granville homes.
Bought my first GV home in the Copper River neighborhood and have been pleased. Their quality of construction is second to none. They don't cut corners and go the extra mile to ensure efficiency. The best part about Granville is their warranty department. Whenever I have had an issue or a question they are on it. I hands down buy another one and encourage my friends and family to do so as well.
