Brady, Steven and Erin were all very pleasant to work with. Brady Carter was very helpful and always got back to me when we had questions. They have been great to help ensure our home was just how we wanted it and have been available when needed to correct any area that needed attention. Brady worked hard to ensure we were happy and that means a lot to us as this was the first home we ever built. We are grateful.

We have a very unique, complex, country property and the UBH Weatherford Team brought our dreams to life! Stephen helped us craft a perfect custom plan inspired by the Briarwood home design. He kept us in budget while working with a new bank lender, gave great home ideas and was incredibly enthusiastic and supportive during the process. Our Construction Forman, Brady, was very thorough, informative and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied every step of the way (from the structure of the home down to the finishing details). The 2025 house build (from pad development to move in) only took 6 months! Wow! The UBH team often checks in on us and after the major snow storm in Jan 2026 the house has proven sound and secure! We have received many compliments and if this was not our forever home, we would build with them again!

We hired UBH to build a second home for us near Glen Rose, and this was our first experience with a ground up project. While we had a few hiccups along the way, as with anything construction, we are pleased with the final results. Steven Crews in Weatherford made everything right that wasn’t up to our expectation, and was great to work with. He still communicates with us months after the completion. Unlike many contractors who forget you once they are paid the final draw, Steven continues to stay in touch! We would definitely recommend UBH!

After purchasing our land, we started looking for builders. We met with Sheryl A at UBH and were very excited that the changes we wanted, were no problem for them. We signed and were told it would take approximately 7 months to build. Throughout the build, David, our project manager was at the build all the time! We’d come home weekly, to check on the status, and be pleasantly surprised with the progress and quality of the materials being used. Our initial close date was end of May/first of June. We were thrilled when we closed April 1st! The build was an awesome experience! As the high quality material were brought in, and the builders were working (even on the weekends), we could see our vision taking place. Steve Crews, Sheryl, and David were always accessible and accommodating. We loved our build process with UBH and highly recommend them for your build. Drop by their office, take a look at the many build options, as well as their showroom for material choices, and you will be very excited to imagine your new home. The one thing we’ve said along this entire process was, changes to the design, and requests for different options for the house build were all included in the cost for UBH, where we found were all additional pricing for other builders. That’s huge and something to be considered when selecting your builder. Extra cost add up, and we didn’t experience any of that with UBH! Thank you UBH for our beautifully built new home!??
