We have had a very disappointing experience with this company. From the day we moved in, issues continued to appear throughout the house.Kitchen Issues:The kitchen sink was leaking from underneath because a punctured pipe had been installed, and someone had to come replace it.Bathroom Problems:One of the toilets started leaking from the bottom less than a month after we moved in.Gas Safety Concerns:We also experienced two gas leaks — one in the utility room and another under the stove — which is extremely concerning for the safety of any family living here.Poor Interior Work:Even the countertop was installed poorly. The edge of the countertop was so weak that simply placing a dish with light pressure caused damage. Friends of ours who built with the same company had identical countertop issues, even without any impact at all.Overall Experience:The amount of problems we faced in a brand-new home has been very disappointing.Warranty Notice:The company has informed us that if the cost of the countertop repair is not paid, the home’s warranty will be affected.Construction Phase Issues:For your information, we also experienced problems during the construction phase due to their mistakes.
