I had a really great experience with Zia. Emily and Brenda kept me updated the whole way, and Valerie made sure her team stayed on top of everything. The warranty team also did a good job explaining all the details so I knew exactly what to expect. Everyone was professional and helpful, and I’m really happy with how my home turned out. I’d definitely recommend Zia.
I want to take a moment to recognize Myra from Zia Homes’ warranty department. She has been absolutely wonderful to work with, always responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to helping resolve issues. Every time I’ve reached out, she’s handled things quickly and with a great attitude.Myra truly cares about customer satisfaction and has made the warranty process much smoother than I expected. She’s the bright spot in my experience with Zia Homes.That said, I do wish the quality and workmanship from some of the subcontractors were held to a higher standard. A few repairs and finishes in my home such as flooring level, shower grout, and sink support did not meet expectations for a home in this price range.Still, Myra herself has been exceptional. She’s the reason I’d give this review five stars instead of two. Zia Homes is lucky to have someone like her on their team.
