I am pleased with the professionalism of Richard & Steven. They have gone above and beyond to ensure my husband and I are taken care of. My husband is in a wheelchair and is paralyzed from the waist down and they have shown a wonderful compassion towards us where they want to make sure everything is as easy and clean as possible. With this big purchase of our first home together, we are pleased to with the outcome of the home overall. If we ever found anything out of the ordinary overtime, Richard and Steven would immediately contact us and schedule an appointment for our warranty repairs. They always go the extra mile and ensure quality work. We understand that sometimes it can take some time to receive certain materials or get things approved but they get it done. We recently had to redo our entire 3 bathroom tiles due to a defect in our tile and Richard found the issue immediately and assured us we were in good hands even while living in the home. He made it to where my husband and I weren’t inconvenienced, everything was cleaned up and covered for low damage, and were super flexible with our chaotic schedule. I was pleased that Pointe allowed us to redo our restroom from the frame work all the way to completion to assure everything was new and ready again. I have attached some pictures to demonstrate how passionate they are to get things done the right way and not just to a “patch job”.Our restrooms are about 90 % completed… but just so you can see the step by step process… I highly recommend Pointe, because with any builder you will have little issues here and there, but with Pointe overall I was satisfied with the quality of our home and products used. With Richard and Steven on the team they understand customer service, and urgency to assist the customer and do what they can to meet our needs. Our home unfortunately had a tile issue which needed to be replaced in the entire house. Despite the inconvenience, Richard worked in a timely manner getting his team to replace the tile in our entire home. He made the process very smooth, he made visits to ensure the team was getting the work done properly, and he kept us updated on the entire process. Once the installation was complete he hired a cleaning crew to clean all the dust that occupied our kitchen and walls. Pointe Homes exceeded our expectations all thanks to Richard.
