We were set on purchasing a Palo Verde Home due to their “quality” however that was not our case. During the walkthrough of the home, we noticed several issues that really shouldn’t be overlooked. There were large gaps in the roof, gaps between the kitchen island and the floor, and the same type of gaps under the bathroom vanity. These concerns were excused by saying there had to be gaps as they would let the owners become aware of a leak. If the gaps were not there we would notice the leak too late and cause further damage.In the master bedroom, there was even a large hole under the sink that surprised the foreman when he saw it. Behind the large tub in the primary bathroom, the wall wasn’t straight — it was noticeably curved — and when this was pointed out, the foreman said nothing could be done because the walls were already up. When all of these concerns were brought to him, he dismissed them as simple “human error” and said that since the home is man-made, we should expect imperfections. However, these aren’t small imperfections; they’re issues that really should have been caught and addressed.Unfortunately these were errors that left us feeling dissatisfied and unwilling to accept. I would strongly recommend a drone footage of the roof prior to purchasing any of their homes.
My experience with Rocio Mendoza was amazing. Love her eye for details. She’s very friendly and talented at was she does. I felt very welcome. Came and did my home walk thru it’s amazing how they did such a fantastic job. Super happy with the finishing.
New home buyers.. be aware!! Very poor craftsmanship throughout!! Electrical issues so my dryer doesn’t work and porch light!! My home was closed on June 18th 2024. Too much hassles with new home that I bought from Palo Verde! Look at my French door wood. Gosh seems like they are using cheap materials and very poor workmanship too sloppy entire home!! Electrician came out blaming on my brand new dryer and new pig tails. Didn’t even bother checking on breaker nor dryer outlet!! One of restroom air vent vibrating hard and shaking.. they turned around saying that they fixed it!! I am so so regretted buying a new home. Warranty means nothing if they don’t know what they are doing ! Time keep passing and it’s very frustrating. It’s has been a month since I closed my home.. now water leak problem one of small room. Still continuing problems and frustrating!!!

My family and I were really thrilled with the workmanship and craftsmanship for very reasonable and affordable prices ??! And the entire Palo Verde team kept us very well updated ?? with the progress and construction of our homes ????! As it got closer to closing escrow, we ?? especially to work with Gina Valdivia, who not only welcomed us, but who we felt really truly took care of our concerns ?? and was open to any questions we had ??????? ???????! During the respective inspections ?? for our homes, Zachary, Alex and Lee were absolutely phenomenal ?? and stupendous ?? , and really paid attention ?? to the details that either needed to be fine-tuned ??, fixed or repaired ????????????????? ! For photos ?? that we needed promptly, these guys were absolutely amazing ?? and extremely knowledgeable ?? ??and provided us with our requested photos as soon as they could prior to closing ??! They even taught us about new aspects and features of our homes that we didn’t know before. Thank you guys for making our home purchase experience ?? such an uplifting ? and positive one ????! You guys rock ????!
