My wife and I moved into a cullers home in horizon recently and they were very communicative and kept us up to date with the process of construction. They accommodated our special requests to have tile installed throughout the house at a very reasonable price. As well as raising the rock wall two additional feet at a very very good cost. The quality of the home is amazing we feel very lucky to have received such a beautiful home to call ours. Everything is exactly as we hoped and expected and when we have noticed anything out of the realm of perfection They immediately show up to rectify the problem. I will 100 percent recommend and if we ever decide to purchase a larger or more upgraded home in the future we will once go with this builder.

I offered suggestions and those ideas came real as I walked through my home. They take the time to listen and help make the right choices along with you when you do your final walk through. We searched every corner of El Paso and thoroughly researched every credible builder in the 915. We found that Cullers had the trusted industry reputation, quality and biggest bang for your buck that we were seeking. We considered a few floor plans and had no less than 17 billion questions. Our builder representative, Jake P. Not only answered all of our questions he did so with kindness and with unmatched care. We were buying out of state (due to our military move) and had Jake run to properties for us. To say he went above and beyond would be the understatement of the century. I’d ask him generic and niche questions, as early as 4 AM and as late as 11 PM, Jake was on it. We were sold on Cullers before hand but knowing they hire folks of his caliber solidified that decision.We LOVE our home. We couldn’t be happier with the high ceilings, spray foam insulation, tankless water heater and the garage that’s insulated which helps so much for our home gym. My electric bill didn’t exceed 175 dollars all summer due to the high end items Cullers includes as a standard for all floor plans such as the spray foam insulation and Pella Windows. It saves you so much money in the long run.During the walk through Cullers and their team couldn’t be any better. They replaced a beam that I found a blemish on. There was a scratch on the refrigerator, they replaced the whole thing. Just top notch service from beginning to end. We are thrilled we didn’t chose any other builder as Jake and the rest of Cullers earned our forever trust.
