We just finished our build with UrbanAge and had a great experience. They are a local builder run by some young entrepreneurs who really care about the final product and their reputation.The sales rep, Hillary, was awesome. Instead of pushing us into a quick sale on something that was already built, she took the time to help us find exactly what we wanted and jumped on our lot the second it was available.A few things that stood out:The Quality: The tile and flooring are the excellent. You can tell the owner, Brett, keeps a really close eye on the trades because the millwork, counters, and paint were all spot on.The Process: The customization process was great and not rushed at all. They use Buildertrend, so we always knew what stage the house was at. The site was always kept clean during our walkthroughs, which we appreciated.Flexibility: They were really patient with us during last-minute decisions and change orders.The Follow-up: Even after moving in, the support has been exceptional (Thanks Anthony). Any small issues were fixed properly and without any pushback.Shout out to Hillary, Brett, Tyler and McKinley for making this such a smooth process. We recently built our forever home with UrbanAge. We've had a great experience throughout the entire journey - from designing our house, watching the build progress, and getting the warranty items fixed post-posession. The UA team have been so attentative and responsive at all times, and its very clear they take pride in doing quality work. We absolutely love our home built by Urbanage Homes. The experience has been what I would call “first class” from start to finish. The UA family has been absolutely amazing to us with special thanks to Hillary and Tyler!- We really appreciated that a lot of what normally would be “selection upgrades” with other builders came as under the standard selection for UA which really saved us a lot of money!- We also appreciated that UA has an app in which they will update you each week with the timeline, progress, and they would regularly post pictures of the progress.- My baby was due months before we would be able to take possession and that was one of our concerns but UA worked hard to schedule the work, trades, and everything so that the home could be finished as close to my due date as possible.If I ever build another home it will most definitely be through UA Homes for sure!
