Joni, the interior designer and client liaison, was fantastic and a huge help in guiding us through design choices and pulling everything together. Dylan, the site superintendent, was also great—knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to help.

Even after moving in, the experience has remained positive. The after-sales care team has been excellent, especially Ben, who has been very accessible and responsive with any questions we’ve had.

What really sets this builder apart is the combination of build quality and speed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a well-built home and a great overall experience.

Our home is absolutely beautiful—cutting-edge and complex—with an amazing interior design. Launch helped shape it end-to-end, from elevations to finishes. We couldn’t have done it without Launch.

3. Quality in the details.
They use smart methods like prefabricated framing (ACQBuilt) and sweat the small stuff most builders miss—think Wireless lighting, best-in-class smart-home tech, and upgraded plumbing and electrical systems. Those details add up to a tighter, better build.

4. Fixed-fee pricing = real cost certainty.
From day one we knew where we’d land. If we wanted to splurge on a light fixture, that was our choice—not a builder upcharge. And when we changed our minds on a few things (it happens!), they were flexible and focused on getting it right, not nickel-and-diming us.

5. Buying power & top trades.
Launch does more volume than small shops, which means sharper subcontractor pricing and better crews. I’m convinced we would’ve spent minimum ~15% more with a smaller builder that doesn’t have that leverage.

6. Efficient scheduling = real savings.
Our home is complex, and they still moved quickly and efficiently, which saved us on financing carry.
