We had a custom home build done by Effect Home Builds 14 years ago. It was a pleasure working with them on the build.At a recent solar echo tour of another house they built on our block I chatted with them about how the house was holding up and mentioned the steps were beginning to settle a bit which was affecting the eavestroughs. Much to my surprise ,as the warrarnty had expired, a representative showed up a few weeks later to look at it. They later fixed the issue at no cost to me.It was a great choice to have them build our house.
