Update January 13,2026.
Having issues with mold around frame of side door. Have drywall repair patches throughout home from builder for 7 months. So now we're having drywall dust and mold with asthma in the family....

Today now having some wet spots below the shower in the kitchen.

I had a review that I took down because someone worried about my review contacted me and did resolve my landscaping deposit. Im still waiting for resolution of my home warranty which the builder neglected and it's been 1 year since I submitted a complaint to the alberta home warranty insurance provider and still waiting for complete repairs.

They had the drywall company repair many drywall seams 4 months ago and been waiting for a painter to completely repair. Going into the holiday season with large patches throughout home with drywall dust. Half the doors in the house don't close properly or even close. Poor carpeting with large gaps around doorway transitions and baseboards where you can see subfloor, tile that is wobbly and cracked in ensuite. Attic insulation uneven and lacking. Every aspect of this house so far I have issues and had to go straight to the home warranty insurance provider who don't answer for weeks.

Probably have to hiring or do things myself since neither builder or insurance communicates.

Building does not care and the home insurance warranty doesn't work.

This house being less then 2 years old having these issues and builder not resolving issues or home warranty is fair warning to anyone willing to buy one of these homes.

We had an incredible experience building our home with Art Homes and a huge part of that success was all down to Deep, the Sales Manager in Keswick.

From the very start of the process, Deep went over and beyond what we expected from a builder. He was incredibly responsive, attentive, and genuinely invested in our best interest. I will be honest there were times it felt like he was working as our broker rather than for the builder. He helped us navigate the process, always making sure our questions were answered and our needs met to the best of his ability.

If you are looking to build with Art Homes, I highly recommend requesting for Deep, you will not regret that decision. His professionalism and customer centric attitude made for a stress-free process. We are happy with our home!

I recently purchased my first single family home through ART homes and it was nothing short of a very smooth and seamless experience. Jaskaran Sandhu was the person who led the way through the entire process and he showed a great deal of understanding and willingness to ensure it was a positive experience. He was very transparent and kept the line of communication open all throughout the process. His level is commitment and knowledge was exceptional and did all he could to ensure our needs were met and that we were satisfied. I highly recommend him as the go to person if/when dealing with ART Homes. Since I just purchased the property in mid December of 2025, it’s still too early to tell or share regarding the warranty, reliability, etc but I will be sure to update this post after I allow some time to pass to see how things unfold.

He successfully made our journey of building new home a joyful experience.My above given 5 stars reflect his services and I must say he is one of the reasons I bought the house with Art homes. If anyone is looking into building a new home with Art, he is the one to go for.

It is faily new home so I can confidently say the home design is awesome, however I feel it is too early to comment on quality of work yet. Once I spend some time and see, it is hard to give honest opinion about quality. I will post another review based on facts and my experience.
