Having nearly ten years of experience in the field, I was impressed when I saw Bondy's condo development. The construction is top notch and the new residents seem very happy. I haven't had any personal interactions with the owner, but have been told that he's trustworthy.
The builder is so kind and knows what he is doing. I felt like family by the time I left our meeting with him. These condos are GORGEOUS!!! Beautiful & safe country feel with city necessities. Even if you can't make the open house hours on Sunday 1-4pm or Wednesday 3-6pm he will set up an in person walk through for whatever time works for you!
