Alimoff Building and Development finished our basement and we are thrilled with the result.Brian did a number of things exceptionally well:• He had multiple conversations with us about every aspect of the project, to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted• He was always available to address any questions we had and would personally come to our house to go over specific details• We always felt that Brian and his team took pride in their work, and did not settle for “good enough”• Brian showed tremendous attention to detail and his years of experience were evident throughout the projectWe had a full bath, wet bar, living space, and weight room installed. We had specific requests for our wet bar, and were able to customize the entire thing with Brian’s help. He frequently checked in on the progress of the project, often coming in person several times per week. We also had constant communication about the timeline of the project. We never felt like we had to “track down” anyone or were left wondering what was next. We didn’t experience any hidden costs. Brian was quick to tell us if anything fell outside of the estimate and how much it would be.We would 100% recommend Alimoff Building and Development. We have been in our house for 3 years now. There have been no major issues only a couple minor things (grout issue on exterior, minor water line leak, etc.) and Brian, without hesitation or delay, took care of all my concerns. He has even responded to questions I have had as I have considered have minor improvements completed by other contractors (jobs too small for Brian to consider). He has been an open book with his knowledge of the house and the type of work I have considered. He has always responded back to us in a timely manner. He cares about the quality of his homes, his customer service even after the house is built is off the charts and it shows with the results of the final product.Our last house was a new build as well by a different builder. There were multiple issues that the builder said from the beginning that they would address and resolve but in the end never honored their end of the contract. It was a terrible experience and the quality was lacking. The experience with Brian could not have been more different. At one point in the process one of his subcontractors told me that Brian reviews all of the subs’ work and if it not up to his standards then he will have them redo it before the customer even has a chance to walk through and see the issue themselves. That is what you expect from a home builder when you sign the checks and that is what he delivers. I will have him build my next house, no doubt about it.The best compliment comes from other contractors. As I have had estimates and work done (refinish the basement, new water lines run, house generator installed, etc.), every single contractor or sub that has come through has commented on how well the house is constructed or how well their particular mechanical concern was laid out and done by the builder.
