An added bonus was that K&V partnered with a design firm (Design2Build) to help us with our house selections and that process was seamless, effective and resulted in amazing finishes.Additionally, the house was completed ahead of schedule, which allowed us to move in sooner than expected. The project stayed within the agreed-upon budget, thanks to transparency and management of any changes or upgrades.We would build again with K&V Builders. We are very happy with our decision to use K&V to build our home. As we were new to the building process, Colin exercised great patience assisting us with the house design and in taking extra time to explain details of the construction process. We built when COVID was causing supply chain issues and Colin did a great job informing us early on when to make decisions to keep the project on track. Having built twice now, K&V was what we were looking for this time around.They have the process down- from designing the floor plan around your life to letting you know where you are on budget every step of the way, to following up with quality work. The contractors they work with have been great both during and after the build.They really put quality materials and they include things base line with their bid that makes the house more enjoyable to live in.
