This was our first home construction project and we are glad to have partnered with Ryan Homes - Colorado. Chris Sublette is an "involved owner" who helped to guide us throughout the project to ensure we got the Dream Home we desired. Kristy, his interior designer, worked collaboratively with my wife (Janine) to ensure we received the look, feel, and functionality we were looking for. We built during COVID and lived remote (at our existing home in Oregon) during the 15 months it took to build our home. This increased project complexity but the Ryan Homes Team has been doing this for a long, long time and ensured they were our project owner. Post project, we had a handful of warranty and non-warranty issues and we could not be happier with the response and actions we received from Chris and his project manager (Ricardo).
I often hear how builder- customer relationships never survive the building of a house. This is not the case with Ryan Homes. They are awesome to work with every step of the way. Building a home has guaranteed challenges. Every challenge was handled with professionalism, and a genuine desire to reach collaborative progress.. Shopping for a new home in upstate South Carolina l found Ryan homes sales plessent to work with . The project manager explained all the systems, and opertion of all the components in and outside the home, also covered cleaning and maintaining the various surfaces throughout.
