We engaged New Leaf to tear down our old house and build us a new one on the same lot.We worked with their in-house architect and designers - all of whom were great to work with - before construction and the coordination and hand-off between them and the build team was seamless. Our project manager, Reed, kept us informed about what was happening through the process and when unexpected issues came up he was quick to address and resolve them. Once construction started there were crews working six days a week with very few delays, and we just moved in less than a year after moving out of the old house. New Leaf built us a beautiful home that was exactly what we wanted, and I can recommend them without hesitation.
