Recently we bought a Hawkins-Welwood home. It's a townhome in the Windsor Place community, north Dallas. We wanted to get plans for the home. Martha Thrash helped us out. Only $10 (just the cost of making copies). When I went to pick up the plans, John Hawkins was there. He introduced himself. Nice man.Having lived in another townhome and seen enough properties over the years, we can say Hawkins-Welwood builds quality homes. Definitely recommended.
