We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Schumacher homes of Columbus South. The entire process was easy and smooth. Katie did an excellent job and offered great insights during the predesign phase. Kerrie was very helpful during the design phase and answered our questions quickly. Colby was the best contractor. He was organized, very knowledgeable, responsive to our needs, calm and reassuring, and just easy to work with. All of them explained each detail and handled our questions and concerns with professionalism and honesty. We are so grateful for each of them and would happily work with them again.
We had a truly wonderful experience building our home with Schumacher Homes, and it was all thanks to the incredible support from Katie and Aaron. Schumacher was amazing! I cannotimagine building a house without them. From the finishes and design stage up until the end was very smooth. Communication was wonderful as they always got right back with me to answer my questions (and I had a lot). Colby Richards was wonderful to work with as he followed up and explained everything to me as I was at the house everyday as it was being built. Colby made sure everything was exactly right and gave me almost daily updates. Thank-you Schumacher!
It has been one year since Jesse and I started on a journey of our dream home with Schumacher. We built the Santa Barbara II craftsman and we absolutely love everything about it. Our house is very well insulated and our electric bill is very low cost. We just finalized our one year wall warranty and the skilled workers did a great job. The warranty with Schumacher is awesome. Our house is beautiful and I have to give the whole staff at south Columbus an A rating. They were so friendly and helpful with everything. Our contractor Colby Richards was great to work with and I highly recommend him. Enjoy the photos.
