I built with Bob Webb in 2019 and have been very happy with my home. The reason for this late review is that I still ask for guidance from my construction managers, Scott Tulodzieski and Kirk Denyes on all kinds of home topics. They are experts and extremely helpful. They are always available even seven years after I built my house in Evans Farm.
We built a new home with Bob Webb 5 years ago, which we love. I had a critical question I didn't think would ever get answered, but I'm happy to say I was wrong. We are very impressed with their service, before, during & even 5 years after the sale. We definitely recommend Bob Webb for their quality and customer service.
We had a great experience building with Bob Webb. This was our first new build, and the team did a great job helping us through every step in the process. The workmanship is very high quality, and when there were errors made, they were corrected professionally and promptly. Communication throughout the process was also very good. Our only critique is we felt some of the change orders requested were overpriced.We specifically want to call out Julie Wheeler, Sales Associate. Julie was patient, responsive, and helpful as we worked through our initial design of the home. She suggested a layout feature that is one of our favorites in the home! She was also helpful in building in proper allowances so we didn't have many surprises in the build process (ex: extra lighting dollars, etc.).Additionally, Adam Thompson, Construction Manager, was very knowledgeable and supportive throughout the build process and also post-move-in. The latter is so appreciated as questions come up. We were not left once the keys were handed over.Overall, we are thrilled with our new home and want to thank the entire Bob Webb team for their time, expertise, and care.
Our family had a wonderful experience with Bob Webb. Throughout the entire process the communication and attention to detail was exceptional. Bruce was great at controlling the timeline and troubleshooting any issue that came up. From backsplashes to door knobs, Jill was extremely helpful and provided great advice as we designed every room. Julie was also great to work with on the front end, making sure everything was ready to go right on time!
We LOVE our Bob Webb simplified living home ! Their service is outstanding / from start to finish. Have just finished our first year and love everything about our home - the floor plan is so perfect, the quality is excellent, the design was just what we wanted and we had so much input into making it our own. We highly recommend Bob Webb!
