Outstanding Experience with Vantage Homes - A Dream Come True!We began our journey to find a new home last year, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to choose Vantage Homes. From the very beginning, Caleb at the Sterling Ranch office made the entire process smooth and comfortable. He listened carefully to our needs and suggested the "Native" floor plan, which fit perfectly.Caleb was always considerate, which put us at ease throughout the process. He patiently showed us lots and answered every question, no matter how small. We made several structural changes and even changed the lot twice. Despite our back-and-forth decisions, Caleb remained incredibly patient and supportive.Just when we were about to finalize the Native floor plan, we came across another option from Vantage Homes called "Fair Hope." We were immediately impressed by the floor plan and decided to make the switch—even though it meant redoing everything we had already completed. Caleb, Karen, and the team handled this last-minute change with professionalism, ensuring our dream home was exactly what we wanted.During construction, Lauren was fantastic at keeping us updated and addressing any concerns. Karen was always available for clarifications and requests, and Justin played a key role in ensuring everything went smoothly.
