We absolutely love our Petros home. My wife and I chose Petros after a great first impression at an open house. They offer plenty of predesigned floor plans and custom finish options to build the home of your dreams - which is exactly what they delivered for us.We started our build during the height of COVID - and despite long delays sourcing materials - our project was finished on time and within our allocated budget. Our sales rep, Emily, did a great job working with us and setting budgets based on the finishes we wanted so there were no surprises come selection time. Trisha, the designer, also helped direct us on some of the design decisions we weren't sure about, and we love how everything turned out. After a couple years in the house, we've been really impressed by the build quality, thanks to the great workmanship and quality of materials used in the build. We really feel this is our 'forever home' and that it will live up to it.Admittedly not everything was super smooth during the build and after we moved in. There were a handful of times we had communication issues that resulted in things not being done how we wanted. However, I will say Petros really listened to us and eventually had everything corrected, even if it took some time. I personally had a call from the president to make sure we were totally satisfied, which I really appreciated. I'll also add the communication issues did improve and it seems like Petros implemented new processes and systems to help manage all the steps that goes with home building.We are extremely satisfied with how our home turned out and thank the Petros team and all their subs for their professionalism and dedication to making quality homes.
